ScyrMC Rules & Guidelines
General Server Rules
We are committed to creating a safe, virtual environment for players of all ages. With our team of Moderators at hand, we are able to maintain the integrity of our community. As the network develops, we will relentlessly push out updates to further improve the experience our server delivers. Our general server rules are as follows:
- ⋆ Respect other players and our volunteers.
- ⋆ Do not use any Hacked Clients or autoclickers on any of our Game Servers.
- ⋆ Avoid exploiting any glitches or bugs. Report them immediately on the ScyrMC Forums.
- ⋆ Misusing Chat is prohibited. This includes any form of profanity.
- ⋆ Please do not impersonate Staff Members, Other Players, or Influencers.
- ⋆ Please do not ask for free ranks or cosmetics. The ScyrMC store can be accessed by visiting our website.
- ⋆ Do not overuse commands and/or certain functions of the gamemode in an abusive way that can be unfair or cause lag.
- ⋆ Please do not advertise.
If you catch anyone breaking any of the rules listed above or find anything unusual please report to an online Moderator. If you cannot get hold of a Moderator, please create a thread on the Forums. Alternatively, if you would like to report a player while in game, simply type /report {Player} {Reason} to get the attention of all online Moderators. We make sure to capture evidence prior to taking action and so it is always helpful when the community helps gather evidence (such as screenshots and screen recordings). This shortens processes and makes our Moderator's duty more straight forward. Please speak to a member of Staff or ask on our Discord Server if the rules ever seem unclear to you.
We try to be as reasonable as possible when enforcing the above rules and so in certain circumstances, we may make exceptions. For example, if a player asks for help and you link to another Minecraft Server's Forums thread to help answer their question, we will not impose any sanction on you. Moderators will use common sense.
